I love pyrex! It's all I have in my kitchen. I really like this size to store meat (like pork chops) in. It's also a really nice size to bring your lunch to work in.

These containers are the backbone of our leftover storage system. We use them mainly to create single serving meals from bulk meals and then freeze or refrigerate, and then straight to microwave if applicable. We started replacing all of of our plastics about 6 months ago during the BPA scare and these were the best buy. They are shallow enough to eat out of (think TV dinner size and depth) and are 3 cups, which is the perfect size for a meal. We are trying to avoid the disposable and these are perfect for storing all those odd flat items like lunch meats and even a slice of pizza which you might normally put in saran wrap, foil, or a ziploc bag. Also, they're perfect size and depth for sandwiches. Just a great all-around storage container and worth every penny considering its life expectancy.

I AM SINGLE, AND THIS IS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR BAKING FOR 1, FREEZING FOR 1. OF COURSE PYREX IS A LONG TIME FAVORITE NAMEBRAND OF MINE. THE LID FITS GREAT, NO LEAKS WHEN IT GOT TURNED SIDEWAYS IN THE FRIDGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

This nifty little pyrex container helped me find peace in my fridge and with my leftovers! I now pre-pack leftovers into these perfect size containers and take them to work for lunch (can reheat in the microwave OR oven!). So in the morning I just grab and go, instead of scrambling to make a sandwich that won't be mushy by lunch...

I own 5, and will be buying more. I highly recommend these 3cup pyrex dishes, they're perfect!

I love these containers. As another reviewer said, they are the perfect size for a meal. I usually cook several meals on the weekend, and portion them out into individual containers. Of all the various single-serving containers I have (glass and plastic), these are my favorite. They go in the fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher with no problems.

The covers are a bit snug, but I haven't had a problem getting them on and off.

I have 8 of these, and I'm about to place an order for 8 more!
